PM Modi trying to change Constitution: CM Revanth
CM Revanth addressed a rally in Indore
Hyderabad: Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy has claimed that since assuming the role of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi has been attempting to alter the Constitution, although his endeavors have not been successful.
"This struggle is between those who strive to uphold the Constitution and those who seek to amend it. One side is represented by the Gandhi family, while the other is represented by the Godse family. Prime Minister Narendra Modi aligns himself with the Godse family, whereas Congress leader Rahul Gandhi stands with the Gandhi family," he remarked.
While addressing the “Jai Bapu, Jai Bhim, Jai Samvidhan” rally organised by the Indian National Congress in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, on Monday, the Chief Minister compared Narendra Modi's attempts to modify the Constitution to Mohammad Ghazni's historical efforts to loot India.
"Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has taken a stand against the British Janata Party, which is opposed in the name of the Bharatiya Janata Party," Revanth Reddy said.
He urged everyone to unite with him in this struggle to safeguard the Constitution. The Chief Minister also emphasised the necessity of establishing a Congress government across the nation under Rahul Gandhi's leadership to ensure the protection of the Constitution.
